FOUNDER : MR K C WONG K.C. Wong founded the business in 1989 and had experience in similar operations for the past 28 years. His experience includes fabrication work at shipyards, manufacturing of piling hats, JKR cement pipelines and manufacturing of pile joints. He took on both business development and operations from 1989 to 2003. Mr KC Wong also advises clients on solutions by customising metal products to suit the needs and requirements of his clients. In 2003, K.C. Wong retired and was succeeded by his son, Daniel Wong. OPERATIONS DIRECTOR : MDM CHOO SEW CHOO Mdm. Choo Sew Choo has been actively involved in the metal fabrication industry for the past 30 years. Mdm. Choo grew up in the family business of manufacturing pile joints and steel-related products. She took over her family business at 20 when her father passed away, before handing the company over to her two brothers. Under her strong leadership as Operations Director, Mdm. Choo has led the company to prosper at all times, even through economic downturns. Mdm. Choo is currently in charge of production planning and control and quality checking. MANAGING DIRECTOR : MR DANIEL WONG Mr. Daniel Wong holds a Degree in Engineering (with honours) in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from the University of Loughborough (United Kingdom). In 2003, Daniel Wong joined KC Pile Joint and armed with his experience in work flow improvement, increased the manufacturing efficiency and oversaw an MRP implementation at a large furniture company. As the current Managing Director of WTH Industries Sdn. Bhd., Mr Daniel Wong is in charge of business development, management, efficiency improvement and implementation exercises for the entire group of companies.
