Steel grating has many advantages including being lightweight, sturdy, durable, economical, having great load-bearing capacity, non-slip and safe for use, easy to install, easy to clean and having an attractive appearance.

Steel gratings are widely used by various plants in industries such as power generation, petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, machinery, shipbuilding, harbour management, oceanographic engineering, building, paper processing, cement works, medicine, textiles, food packaging, and transportation; among many others.

The plain steel grating, which is the most commonly used type, has a certain skid resistant ability. The serrated surface of the steel grating often comes handy in environments with greasy surfaces, due to the presence of heavy machinery and equipment. All steel bollards within this range are manufactured from 6mm wall thickness steel tubes (10mm standard for anti-ram raid bollards). Recesses and caps are all fully machine-processed, resulting in exemplary levels of appearance. Bollards are also fully galvanised to BS 729, prior to either priming or full-painting

in our 2-pack epoxy acrylic paint system. Stainless Steel Bollards: These variants are becoming increasingly popular in retail environments as they are extremely resilient to trolley damage and require minimal maintenance. They can be supplied polished, brushed or even part painted. Simple contemporary designs and shapes can be easily created.
